Delivery Times
Our goal is to ship all web orders within 24 hours of receipt. Small/Medium size orders placed before Noon Pacific Standard Time are generally processed and shipped the same day. We only ship during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM PST, excluding holidays).  Including a possible 24 hour processing time, once credit card  payment has cleared.  Most orders will arrive at your doorstep within 6-10 business days from order placement. 

Incorrect Address, Non Deliverable & Refused Shipments
Orders that have been returned to us will be handled in a timely manner by our customer service department. If we have made an error, we will re-send the shipment to the correct address at no cost to you. If the customer has made the address error, the customer will need to pay the cost of reshipping. We are notified at the end of each month of any address corrections UPS had to make while delivering a shipment. They charge us $5.00 to $10.00 per box that requires an address correction. If the incorrect address has been given to us by the customer, the customer will be assessed this fee. If the customer has refused the shipment because they changed their mind on the order, the order will be treated as a return.
