Return Policy
We will refund the purchase price (not including shipping & handling) for any item returned that does not meet your expectations as long as the item has not been damaged to normal use. It is our policy to deliver outstanding product quality and complete customer satisfaction. On our website and in our brochures, we do our best to portray as close as possible the true appearance and quality of our products. However, once in a while, you may receive a product that does not meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your product please call to obtain a return approval and discuss your return options.

Returns must be made within 14 days from receipt of shipment. Only un-used products will be refunded. Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge plus any shipping costs incurred by (this may be higher than actual shipping costs paid by the customer as from time to time The Marquee Dead Sea Spa charges less for shipping than the actual costs incurred). Customers are not reimbursed for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the return and only with approved return authorization.
